I logged a stick by mistake
Use the visible Undo action after logging. Keep your daily record accurate and confirm the day only after you have checked the count.
How do I change my currency or pack price?
Open You → Your starting point. Choose Currency, search for a name, code or country, and select it. Then enter your local pack price and sticks per pack. Changing currency does not convert a previous amount.
Why are my savings different from the website calculator?
The website explores a fixed what-if scenario. The app uses your baseline and the days you confirm as complete. Missing or unconfirmed days are not treated as tobacco-free. Changing the pack price changes the estimate.
How do I sync my records?
If sync is enabled in your build, open You → Optional account & sync. Enter your email, request a sign-in code, verify it, and tap Sync now. Sync is optional and manual. Your personal reason, savings goal and analytics choice stay on the phone.
My sign-in code has not arrived
Check the email address and spam folder. Use the latest requested code. Email sync is still being prepared for production; you can continue using your local plan and logs without an account.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open You → Privacy & your data → Export my data to save a JSON copy. Delete data on this iPhone clears the local record and reminders. To remove your cloud account too, sign in and choose Delete account and all data. Cloud deletion is separate from local deletion. Neither action cancels an Apple subscription.
How do I restore Plus?
When purchases are available, use the same Apple Account as the original purchase and choose You → Restore purchases. Availability and pricing are shown by Apple before you purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Unheated, then follow Apple’s cancellation options. Deleting the app or your Unheated account does not cancel a subscription.
How do I turn off analytics?
In You → Privacy & your data, turn off Anonymous product analytics. This stops future optional analytics when configured. Deleting local data does not itself erase events already sent to a provider; contact support for a privacy request.
